FormX Reformer Pilates Studio is operated by sole trader Futó Csenge. Studio address: 6000 Kecskemét, Torockói u. 10, Hungary.

The provider operates under the Hungarian KATA tax scheme and has individual tax-exempt status.

FormX offers Reformer Pilates classes in a studio with two Reformer machines. Each class lasts 60 minutes and is personally led by Csenge.

Available class types:

• Trial class — a one-off introductory session for first-time visitors, free of charge.
• Duet — a class for one or two people with shared attention; you can bring a friend.
• Personal — a class for one person, with full individual attention.

Current fees for individual classes and class passes are listed on the Prices page. The amounts published there apply.

Appointments are mainly booked through the Bookcut.eu online booking system. FormX uses the Bookcut Partner service to manage availability and bookings. You can also book by telephone or email using the contact details in the Legal notice.

An online booking becomes final once you successfully reserve your chosen appointment in Bookcut and receive confirmation. The system shows availability in real time.

You can pay at the studio before or after your class, in cash or by bank transfer. FormX does not currently offer online card payments.

The displayed amount is the final amount payable. The provider issues an invoice in accordance with applicable requirements.

You can cancel or change an appointment through the same channels used to book: the online booking system, telephone or email.

Please check the booking system for the exact cancellation conditions, including deadlines and any fees, or discuss them with me by telephone when booking — flexibly and by mutual agreement.

Class passes are valid for one year from purchase. You can use your sessions freely within that period.

After expiry, unused sessions cannot be extended or refunded. Passes are personal and non-transferable. For individual circumstances, such as a long-term illness, please contact me — we can discuss the details through the booking system or by telephone.

The provider processes personal data supplied for bookings solely to deliver the service, maintain contact and issue invoices, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Bookcut.eu handles the technical booking process. Please use the contact details in the Legal notice for questions about personal data.

Please first raise any complaint directly with the provider using the contact details in the Legal notice. We aim to resolve every concern promptly and fairly.

In a consumer dispute, you may contact a conciliation board. For the provider's registered office in Bács-Kiskun County, the competent body is the Csongrád-Csanád County Conciliation Board (6721 Szeged, Párizsi krt. 8–12, Hungary; bekelteto.testulet@cskik.hu).
